Regretfully, the scheduled debate with Mr. Clark Neily has been cancelled. Mr. Neily, a practicing litigator with the Institute for Justice, had a court committment arise which unavoidably conflicted with his debate here at Idaho Law. We hope to reschedule a debate featuring Mr. Neily for the fall of 2010.
